What do you make of the dog's body language in the first video - a dog overjoyed to be rescued, or a terrified pup showing anxiety and appeasement?

First vid - scared and appeasing. Very correct body language and doesn't look to have been starved or neglected.
Second vid - much better adjusted - feisty little thing - does not like being picked up at all and please tell me she isn't wearing a cute little pullover.

Oh, next time I'm getting a pup (if I ever do), I'm playing dress-up with it all the time. And put bandages on and off, and boots, and cones of shame... All the things J won't tolerate now
