Re: Skip or not?
Merlin is pooing and eating normally, but he seems a bit under the weather still. A bit more sleepy than usual, and less inclined to play with dogs (which is very unusual). Is this normal a week after contracting colitis & recovering from an ulcer?

You need to tell your vet and go by what s/he says.
A dog is never bad or naughty - it is simply being a dog

Re: Skip or not?
If he's not improved in a few days I'll let them know, he had the runs again today on his walk but perked up after like nothing was wrong. I think he must have eaten something yesterday that he shouldn't have (usual business for him).

I agree with Nettle take him to the vets if he doesn't improve. I feel so sad for merlin the poor thing you and him don't seem to get a break it's one thing after another for him.

Woke up this morning and I got a toy thrown in my face, I think he's feeling better!
