Hello Everyone,
I registered here yesterday and this is my first post.
I've had 13 rescue dogs altogether over the years and currently have eight: three greyhounds, three whippets and two lurchers. I've joined this forum as one of the whippets has some issues and we're getting some help from a VSPDT behaviourist.
I am a key volunteer for Accolade Hounds, a sighthound rescue group based in Bedfordshire. I foster, help with transport runs, do homechecks, design the annual calendar and event posters, etc, and also organise some events and attend Meet & Greets.
My current pack is shown here - but that's not me in the picture, that's OH!
From left to right: Billy (14), Zoe (13), Rupert (3), Misty (14), Sheena (7), Pixie (4), Keela (5) and Gilmour (11) who was our first greyhound and started the bug!

Yay, lots of pointy dogs! Welcome - you've come to the right place
I do like the look of Accolade Hounds - particularly that they focus so much on finding the right home for each dog.

I'm a pointy dog fan (and owner) too

Re: Hound addict
Theo Stewart.
We had a really good session and we've already seen some improvement in Rupert.
Of course, it's not about him, it's about us knowing how to help him and we've mastered a couple of techniques but am spending some more one-to-one with him this weekend.
