Puppies won't eat and only drink milk

Hi...I own two puppies (Jack Russells) and they won't eat. I prepare food for them and they would just eat a bit (very little) however they do drink their milk and never drink their water. They are very active though...pee and poop a lot but the not eating part worries me....paranoid maybe?

How old are they? Could you tell us how long you have had them for and what you know of their previous life, particularly what they were fed?

What food are you offering them?

Is the milk cow's milk? That really isn't appropriate for a dog of any age.
