Home cooked meals

Where is the best place I can find ideas on feeding my dog home cooked meals My previous dog used to eat a 'high end' kibble food which drove me nuts. I have just recently got a new rescue pup and am really interested in learning more about healthier meals for dogs.

I've already looked at the pinned post in this subforum but it appears the recipes are just for treats

Hi there.

Rather than home 'cooked', some of us feed raw and have had a lot of success with various health and weight issues (for the dogs, that is!). If you put 'raw' in the search function of the forum you'll come across some pretty comprehensive threads. We've fed Sweetie raw since the second day we had her and many of the health problems she came to us with have cleared up.
