Trainers in Finland?

Post by dibhda »

Hi Victoria... do you happen to know good positive trainers in Finland? We have two scotties and I know the angry leash act is because of me and my hubby... doggies like those they have known from puppy, however no others... I seriously might be the fault... Just would want someone to go on few walks with us and give us some tips... or the straight fact what we are doing wrong...

I don't think there are any Positively trainers in Finland, though there may well be positive trainers. But if you describe your dogs' issues in detail here, members will try to help. Please give full details of breed, age, gender (neutered or not) and previous history of all your dogs, a full breakdown of their daily routine, what you feed them, and an exact description of the behaviours you are concerned about. The more details you can give the better.

I'm from Finland. Not a trainer though. Check

All listed should be professional trainers using positive reinforcement.

There is a lot of "balanced training" going on in Finland so watch out for people that use treats for some things but then force for others - like most likely leash reactivity.
