Odin's first, and last, encounter with a guinea pig (why did I say hamster???) really didn't go so well. If you'd taken his picture that day, there would have numbers along the bottom.

Does Odin share that opinion? Or does he think it went very well?

I thought you might enjoy a couple more pictures, though we're delving into cat and pig territory here, too!

Believe it or not, he was young and didn't mean any harm. "Look what I've found!" Look! Look! Look!
"Oh sh____!!!"
The Guinea pig was still alive when released, and definitely not chomped I am sure, but then the poor little fella's heart gave out -with the shock I guess.

I didn't give Odin a row. How was he to understand?

Anyway, sorry Minkee I'm wandering off topic from your beautiful pictures.

Yesterday I met up with someone you might recognise.. it was Pepper's 2nd Birthday and she came along to Robin Hood's Bay with mum (Rachel540!) in tow. :D Here's a few of the pics, you can see the rest here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set ... 158&type=1

Wow I love the action shots on your facebook page, Pepper looks so doggy and full of life.

Can I ask did you get a wet lab in the face for that last shot (on FB) and if not how did you pull that shot off?? The focus in her eyes is so beautiful and intense.

Haha whoops that last pic in the post is Pepper's whale impression, Judy, you're right. THIS is Peppasaurus Rex!:

This one, Clare?

This is literally the last one of the whole day :D I had my zoom lens on though, so she was probably still maybe 10 feet away from me. There were some close calls though! It's absolutely terrifying when Breeze runs at me when I'm using the camera

Hmmm.... I have half a plan to go to Scotland next summer and I'll need at least one overnight break en route... I wonder if I could work in a photo session for Jasper.... :?:

Wonderful pictures! Such great shots with such happy faces!

Not for AGES yet, sadly. I've got a ton of design work on, house in disarray and another project I need to get finished all at the same time as this. I also need to sort lots of things like contracts, insurance, model releases and all sorts of other things too. It's a big undertaking!

Tomorrow, however, I am off photographing again, this time the RSPCA's rescue dogs (they finally got back in touch!) Fingers crossed that goes well, I think it'll be an experience for sure
